Barqora ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Zentric Auto automotive launcher application (the "App"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Location Data

Precise Location (GPS): We collect real-time location data to provide navigation, traffic incidents, and nearby points of interest.

Approximate Location: Rounded to ~1km for ad analytics and aggregated statistics.

Purpose: Route guidance, incident reporting, sponsored POI discovery.

Retention: Location history is stored for 30 days unless you delete it.

1.2 Device Information

Android version, device model, screen size. Car UX restrictions state (driving vs parked).

Purpose: UI adaptation, safety compliance, crash diagnostics.

1.3 User Account Information

Email address, display name (via Google Sign-In). Firebase Authentication UID.

Purpose: User profile, subscription verification, data sync.

1.4 App Interactions

Search queries, destination selections, route history. Saved places, frequent routes.

Purpose: Personalization, product improvement.

1.5 Advertising ID (Optional)

Google Advertising ID (AAID) — only after AppLovin MAX advertising is remotely enabled, consent requirements are met, and the user is on the Free tier.

Purpose: Contextual ad serving (non-personalized by default).

Opt-out: Settings → Privacy → Reset Advertising ID or Opt Out.

1.6 Subscription & Purchase Data

Google Play purchase tokens (stored securely via Firebase). Subscription tier (Free, Ad-Free, Premium, Lifetime).

Purpose: Unlock features, validate entitlements, restore purchases.

Retention: Purchase tokens retained for fraud prevention and subscription recovery.

1.7 Crash Logs & Analytics

Firebase Crashlytics: stack traces, device state at crash. Firebase Analytics: anonymized usage patterns.

Purpose: Stability monitoring, feature improvement.

1.8 Call History (Optional)

After you open Phone → Recents, read the disclosure, and grant permission, Zentric Auto reads phone number, cached contact name, call time, call type, and duration from the device call log. This data is used only to show recent incoming, outgoing, and missed calls in the in-vehicle Phone panel for quick callback access.

Processing and retention: Call history is processed in memory on your device. Barqora does not upload, persist, sell, share, or use it for advertising or analytics. Revoking Call Logs permission hides the list. After separate Phone permission is granted, tapping an entry starts a user-requested call through Android Phone. Android owns the call and in-call screen; Zentric does not monitor, record, answer, reject, or end calls.
